Efforts abroad to mitigate climate change – the Central Government’s acquisitions of CDM and JI credits (RiR 2011:8)
The Swedish Government has not decided on how many carbon emission credits that will be bought or when this will happen. This means that it is not clear how the environmental emissions can be decreased until year 2020, nor how this can contribute to the climate goals.
