What happened with suspected benefit crimes? (RiR 2011:20)

The authorities should streamline their work on prevention of social contribution crimes. Today the investigations take too long and many are even cancelled – not much is then left of the suspiscions of contribution crime. There is a risk that these problems counteract with the preventive effects that the Government wanted to achieve with the Contribution crime Act.
