AB Svensk Exportkredit (RiR 2010:15)
The public company Svensk Exportkredit (SEK) has been allowed to grow without the Government taking a clear stand regarding the company's overall task. The assignment includes more or less all parts of financial control except for loans to private individuals. The company, having a central role during the financial crisis, has grown significantly in the recent years. However, the internal organization has not been adapted to this expansion.
