Classification of courses at universities (RiR 2010:4)
Deficiencies in the Government's control as well as in the follow up by Högskoleverket (the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education) have resulted in that similar courses in different universities are not always classified in the same way. Different universities can therefore receive different compensation for similar kinds of education and therewith do not compete on equal terms.
