Regional co-financing of Citybanan (RiR 2012:8)
An audit carried out by the Swedish NAO has found that the regional financial support of the development of Citybanan has lead to increased risks for both the Swedish State and the co-financing regions concerned. The Government has not analyzed the measures taken and thereby not followed the Parliament’s principle on analysis of socio-economic consequences emerging from new infrastructural projects.
