Introduction guides - does the link between individual and labour market work? (RiR 2014:14)
The task of introduction guides is too broad to enable them to contribute effectively to the entry into the labour market of newly arrived immigrants. As the service is designed at present the guides work a lot with social support while support for finding a job for the new arrivals often takes second place.
