The management of regional project funds – shared responsibility, reduced clarity? (RiR 2014:10)
The regional project funds are decided on by 38 different actors consisting of county administrative boards, county councils and municipal associations. An audit by the Swedish National Audit Office shows that the division of responsibility between central and local government actors is unclear. The current organisation also leads to deficiencies of supervision and control.
