Cyber crime – police and prosecutors can be more efficient (RiR 2015:21)
Cyber crime is increasing considerably and is a difficult challenge for the judicial system. An audit by the Swedish National Audit Office shows that police and prosecutors do not have the preparedness or capacity to effectively process and investigate this type of crime. Changed working methods and training are required to enable more cyber crime to be cleared up.
