Reoffending – how can society’s combined resources be better used? (RiR 2015:4)
The percentage of reoffenders has long remained at the same level. The lack of effective measures from society has meant that reoffending is not decreasing. According to the Swedish NAO's audit there are too few measures that are poorly coordinated; they are often too late and not sufficiently adapted to the individual.
