The Arctic Council – What Sweden can do to meet the Council’s challenges (RiR 2015:8)
Problems in the Arctic such as melting ice and threats to indigenous peoples require international cooperation. The Arctic Council is facing major challenges in terms of organisation, funding and priorities between different projects. This is shown by a multilateral audit in which the Swedish National Audit Office participated.
