The rehabilitation guarantee is not working – rethink or discontinue (RiR 2015:19)
Since 2008 central government has invested more than SEK 6 billion to get people suffering from mental ill health back into employment. But the rehabilitation guarantee has not helped to get more people back to work. Patients have to wait a long time and do not always get the help they need.
