National Government Service Centre – Has administration become more effective? (RiR 2016:19)

The establishment of the National Government Service Centre in 2012 was aimed at reducing central government internal administration. The target of 25 per cent subscription of all state employees has been achieved. Many of the clients are small agencies. Most client agencies are satisfied overall with the quality of the services, but few consider that their effectiveness has improved.
