The Government’s corporate governance of state-owned enterprises with a public policy assignment (RiR 2017:37)
In order to give the enterprises with a public policy mandate better prerequisites to create public utility, the Government must improve its corporate governance. The Government should also improve the monitoring and reporting of how well the enterprises fulfil their assignment, and highlight conflicts between policy assignments and financial yield.
