Teracom and terrestrial networks – media policy, monopoly and emergency preparedness

Teracom has an important public policy assignment to deliver secure radio and television broadcasts via terrestrial networks to everyone – even in emergencies. Teracom wants to invest in new services and the Government needs to both review the company’s public policy assignment and consider which parts of the company need to be state-owned.
