Impact assessments for migration policy decisions

The impact assessments for the Government’s migration policy bills have been deficient, according to the Swedish National Audit Office’s audit. For example, there were no economic analyses, credible estimates of the number of asylum seekers or descriptions of how the draft bills impact people, agencies, municipalities and county councils.
