Digitalisation of public administration – Simpler, more transparent and effective administration

According to the Government, digitalisation is the single greatest factor for change of our time and affects all of society. Since the 1990s it has set up inquiries and projects to steer digitalisation of administration, but the public sector actors have only utilised the opportunities to a limited extent.
