HR support strengthened Supreme Audit Institutions in the Pacific region
Supreme Audit Institutions in the Pacific region faced major HR challenges – from brain drain to lack of structure and tools. With the support of the Swedish National Audit Office, knowledge, determination and new working methods emerged. Several agencies even managed to strengthen their independence.
