Preparatory and orientation training – Governance, use and follow-up by the Swedish Public Employment Service

In 2015 about 78 000 people participated in the Swedish Public Employment Service’s “Preparatory and orientation training” initiative. The cost of purchasing the training was just under SEK 2 billion. However, knowledge of how the initiative works is deficient and the Swedish Public Employment Service’s documentation and follow-up should be improved.
