Financial stability – macroprudential supervision as it should be?

To avoid financial crises Sweden has extended supervision of the financial system with macroprudential supervision. Macroprudential supervision is relatively effective, but could be even better if the Government presented its view of various measures more clearly, and clarified the remit of Finansinspektionen.
