Obsolescent IT systems – an obstacle to effective digitalisation

Many government agencies have obsolescent, business-critical IT systems. The audit conducted by the Swedish National Audit Office also shows that neither the government agencies nor the Government are working efficiently to solve the problems caused by obsolescent systems.
