Transparency of the Central Government Annual Report (RiR 2015:9)
The Swedish NAO’s audit of the central government annual report for 2014 shows that it is possible to improve the accounting to give a more coherent picture of central government finances as well as the Government’s management of them. At the same time the Swedish NAO considers that the annual report complies with the Budget Act and agrees with the Government’s view that the surplus target has not been met.
